The service

ForestCmdr is a digital tool for small forest owners that helps you read, visualise and analyse harvester production files (HPR format) directly in the browser. Files are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to our servers. Analyses are provided for informational purposes — always verify results before making commercial decisions.

Account and responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at registration is accurate, and for keeping your credentials secure. You may not scrape data from the service, circumvent technical limitations, or use the service in ways that disrupt other users.

Storage subscription

Paid storage costs SEK 50 per month and includes 5 GB. On cancellation you retain access to stored files for 30 days (grace period); after that, files are permanently deleted. Payments are non-refundable beyond what mandatory consumer law requires. Payments are processed by Mollie (see privacy policy).

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". ForestOmni does not guarantee that analyses, summaries or visualisations are free of error or fit for a particular purpose. You must verify results yourself before making decisions with commercial significance. ForestOmni's liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service during the previous twelve months, beyond what mandatory law requires.

Termination

ForestOmni may terminate your account for material breach, abuse, or non-payment after 30 days' notice. You may cancel your account at any time and request deletion via our account-deletion process (link in the privacy policy).

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled primarily by the general courts of Sweden. Consumers may also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
